Hammock entirely handmade from Carnauba leaf. This type of hammock is becoming very rare. The rope is made manually by adding long fibers from the Carnauba palm leaf. This process is becoming increasingly costly and few artisans continue to make it according to tradition. A small detail: there are no knots in the rope since it is made as the hammock progresses in its production! We have only 1 model in stock.

Here is one of the oldest manufacturing methods there is. I remind you that the hammock is an object that is a thousand years old.
Intentionally, fibers protrude from the rope, creating a fringe effect on the hammock. This is actually done to provide more softness in the bedding. The Indians sleep on the side where the fibers protrude.
We find this kind of hammock only during our remote travels in hammock lands.
