Specifically designed for XL or XXL hammocks, the AZTEKA stand is made of anthracite gray steel. Manufactured according to our own Height/length requirements, it provides the ideal curve for your hammock. Maintenance can be done with "Hammerite" anti-rust paint if necessary. A hammock that our customers often replace after 10 years!
The pattern is created in the Landes region, right here with us! It is the work of a local artist with whom we have been working for over 20 years. The Albizia model comes from our latest collection, which was inspired by Andalusia. Discover all our Andalusia-themed models.
The hammock is Colombian-designed and made from recycled cotton. Its sleeping area is 160 cm wide. Ideal for a tall person or for two. Maintenance is done by machine washing at 40° C (remember to tie the arms to prevent them from tangling).
Strength of the ropes in our hammocks:
We indicate for our Colombian hammocks a strength of 16 kg for each rope. Strength lies in numbers, and with 46 ropes, the hammock can obviously support a considerable weight. But what happens when you sit just on the edge of the hammock before getting up and all your weight is supported by only a few ropes?
It should be noted that for hammocks, the breaking point must be divided by two to define the maximum allowed weight. That is the rule.
This means that each rope of this hammock has a breaking point of 32 kg. Therefore, there is no problem sitting on the edge of the hammock!
