Origin and maintenance of the wooden hammock-chair stand:
The Paquito stand comes from a manufacturer specializing in outdoor wooden furniture. The factory is high-tech and the assemblies are flawless. Spruce is a durable wood for outdoor use. Moreover, it benefits from a core treatment in class 4. It is therefore well suited for outdoor use.
Wood stain or saturator are the most effective products for long-lasting protection. Without any product applied, the wood of your stand will turn gray from the sun's UV rays. Some people like this look of the wood. Avoid marine varnishes that are not very eco-friendly (based on polyurethane resins) and that do not allow the wood to breathe sufficiently. Also avoid paint, which eventually cracks over time. In all cases, choose products compatible with resinous woods, as spruce belongs to the fir family.

This hammock-chair comes from a small Colombian manufacturer renowned in its country for its quality. We have been working with this manufacturer since 1993! At first, he did not know the hammock-chair. We brought him this innovation, which we have continuously improved through various trials. Comfort in a hammock-chair is quite difficult to perfect; a perfect balance between all the rope lengths is needed to achieve a comfortable back inclination.
All our hammock-chairs are made from a superior quality thread. So do not hesitate to wash it in the machine at 40°, or even 60° if necessary.
The fabric is extremely robust, and many campsites in our region (southern coast of Landes) have well understood this!
