The Limao model is part of our latest collection. We spent the month of November with a new manufacturer seeking inspiration. Their wide range of available colors allowed us to give free rein to our creativity. Limao means lime in Brazilian. Green, yellow, and white are the translation of the famous Caipirinha cocktail. Lime, lemon, and crushed ice!
In terms of maintenance, wood stain proves to be the most effective product for long-lasting durability (with a high-quality wood stain, one coat every three years will be sufficient). Without any product applied, the wood of your support will turn gray from the sun's UV rays. Some people like this look of wood. Avoid marine varnishes that are not eco-friendly (based on polyurethane resins) and do not allow the wood to breathe enough. Also avoid paint, which eventually cracks over time. New products such as "saturators" have recently appeared. Check with your DIY store. In any case, choose products compatible with softwoods because spruce belongs to the fir family.
