Satisfied or refunded:

You legally have 14 days to return your new unused product if you do not wish to keep it. The total amount of your order will be refunded via your payment by credit card or Paypal or by check within a maximum of 7 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. At Tropical Influences we are flexible. If you exceed 14 days and if the product is new, you can return it to us for an exchange. Your satisfaction is what matters most. Call us to explain your problem. We will always find a solution.

In case of product or color change:

Return your item unpacked but unused. Shipping costs will be your responsibility at the actual cost for both ways except in case of our error. In that case, all shipping costs will be covered by us.

In case of warranty claim:

We provide the warranty for all our products ourselves, from our own stock in our own warehouse.

First, send us a photo of the problem by email along with your phone contact details so that we can reach you. If necessary, we will ask you to return your item so that we can repair or exchange it. The exchange time is 2 days from the date of receipt of your package. We will reimburse your shipping costs.

Repairs, various problems:

• Need a repair? Send us a photo via the site's "contact" form so that we can see the problem and we will call you to tell you what we think.

• You bought a model that turns out to be too large for your support or posts: we can remake the arms of your hamac to a length adapted to your needs. Call us at 05 59 93 10 52 specifying the length and hanging height available. We remake the arms of hammocks for a very modest sum. Even for a model that is not from us, that’s also fair trade.

• You have a Mexican model all tangled up and with some broken threads. Everything is possible and you are probably in the only company in France that can completely remake a Mexican hammock! But be careful if a complete mesh is broken (4 threads side by side) the repair will be far too long. We need to know the origin (where did you buy it?) because some models (even from Mexico) are made with such poor thread quality (general degradation, fuzz) that they are not worth repairing. Our Mexican hammocks are made in Yucatan with the thread brand "Hilo del elephante". In any case, send us a photo.
