Right of Withdrawal

The Hamon law integrated by Tropical Influences and applicable from June 13, 2014, stipulates the right of withdrawal as follows:

All our customers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal without any justification required.

The Consumer Law extends the period to 14 days, compared to 7 days before 06.13.2014.

            How Tropical Influences handles the right of withdrawal: We have always prioritized the final result, meaning that you have the right product for you. This means that we do not hesitate to replace a product even beyond 14 days as long as it is returned in a new condition. Also, imagine that you receive a product and go on a 14-day vacation, and upon your return it does not suit you. We remain a small-sized company respectful of a certain business ethic.

Refund within a maximum of 14 days:

Thanks to the Consumer Law, Tropical Influences is required to refund the full order amount including delivery fees within 14 days. In practice, we process refunds within 48 hours after receiving your return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
