Giant Brazilian hammock-chair
Discover our Brazilian hammock-chair, the result of ancestral expertise with meticulous finishes. We have been present in Brazil since 1990 and guarantee the authenticity of our products. Beware of imitations! The term "Brazilian hammock" is not protected and does not guarantee the origin, quality, and comfort that we offer.
Durable hammock-chairs
For us, the longevity of our products is a priority. We distinguish two types of use: intensive or careful. For intensive outdoor use, our products resist perfectly without maintenance. For careful use, we recommend bringing it inside in case of prolonged rain, washing it in a machine at 40° once a year (at the end of the season before storing it for winter), and regularly checking that the arms are not tangled.
Our hammock fabric, ultra-robust and non-deformable, is made with recycled cotton (70%) and polyester (30%) for optimal strength. This fabric, awarded the "Sustainable Development Trophy" by our chamber of commerce, is pleasant to the touch and prevents deformation.
A longer wooden bar for more comfort
The 140cm wooden bar is unique in its kind and ensures optimal comfort by providing more width at the elbows. Additionally, the 180cm deep fabric offers the possibility to sit comfortably cross-legged. Finally, a hammock chair for both men and women!

Our model created by Alesko for Tropical Hamac is unique. While the fabric is made in Brazil, the design is carried out in France by our longtime artist: Alesko
Hammock-chair maintenance
It is easy to maintain. Simply remove the seat from the wooden bar, tie the handles together (to prevent them from tangling in the washing machine drum), and wash it at 40°, sometimes 60°. This hammock chair is made to last, but if a part of the structure gets damaged, you have the option to replace it easily. We offer wooden bars and suspension ropes available all year round.
Fixing your hammock chair
Several options are available for installing your hammock: choose a wooden or metal stand, or hang it directly from a branch, a beam, or the ceiling using hammock chair fixings.
