The hammock stand
An excellent stand which, in addition to being made from naturally rot-resistant wood, larch, has dimensions where the ratio between the height and the length provides the right curve for a hammock. If a hammock is too tight, lying down becomes stiff and the flat diagonal or sitting position becomes impossible. If you compare all the stands available on the Internet, the hanging height is crucial. Too many stands have a height of 110 or 120 cm.
The hammock
The hammock woven in Latin America (a mark of quality) is 140 cm wide and 330 cm in total length. It is therefore a spacious single spot that can support the weight of two adults, but to be comfortable for two in a hammock, opt for the XL size.
If you compare the hammocks available on the Internet, know that there are "double" hammocks that are only 130 cm wide!!
