For us, it is very important to offer eco-responsible and durable hammocks. Proof of this is that we have existed since 1988, and our customers often come back to see us: sometimes after more than 10 years of use, or earlier to give a gift or get a second hammock. Our customers are loyal, even if we don’t see them often. Made from Ecotec recycled cotton by our favorite workshop in Colombia, with whom we have collaborated for over 25 years, this hammock is soft on the skin while respecting the environment.

Care for a freestanding hammock

The larch used is FSC® certified, coming from sustainably managed forests. Its maintenance is simple: a light sanding and several coats of stain or saturator are enough to preserve the beauty and strength of the wood over the years. To extend its lifespan, it is recommended to slightly loosen the screws during periods of non-use, to allow the wood to expand. In spring, you can tighten them again. Ideally, store your hammock out of the sun and rain. Avoid plastic tarps, which can trap moisture and damage the wood rather than protect it.
