Please note, the women who weave these fringes often change the design. This is not like in China where identical copies are produced by the thousands. So you will receive a model with the same measurements but probably with a slightly different pattern. Brazilian surprise! The hammock is not included.

Tip for sewing the fringes

These fringes, due to the crochet technique, have a certain elasticity (that's why we indicate they can decorate a hammock with a canvas length of 240 to 250 cm). Do not start sewing from one side to finish on the other! You must start in the middle! Find the middle of the canvas, then the middle of the fringes and pin with a needle. Pin every 20 cm or so to finish at equal distances on each side of the canvas. It is essential to sew with a very strong thread. Usually, a 100% polyester thread. Why a very strong thread? Simply because you sit on the edge of the canvas which exerts some weight. If you don't have thread, when you place your order, let us know by message that you wish to receive the thread with the fringes. We will gladly offer it to you.
