At Tropical Influences we love sustainable products. In our temperate climate, there are no secrets: to keep metal looking nice outdoors, apply a single coat of "Hammerite" paint (Castorama, Leroy Merlin) before it starts to rust, and you’ll be worry-free for several years. Ideally, I would like to provide you with this support in stainless steel, but the price would be five times higher and you would leave my site in less than 2 seconds! As for the hammock, it will easily last you 10 years (this is the average duration we observe with our customers in the store) by washing it in the machine at 40° once a year at the end of the season. The colors will remain intact.
