Mesh hammock or fabric hammock ?Both have their advantages, but in hot regions, the mesh hammock is king. It is cooler, more breathable, and often lighter, like this traditional Mexican hammock, perfect for travel. Unlike fishing nets, its meshes are not knotted but sliding, providing comfort that adapts to your body.

Thecanvas hammock, thicker, is often preferred in cooler regions. It is easier to maintain and wash since you can machine wash it at 40°C and even at 60°C. The Mexican hammock should be hand-washed in a bucket to prevent it from tangling.
