Hammock Chair Lifespan: What We’ve Learned Since 1993
For over 30 years, we have been selling hammocks in stores and monitoring their evolution over time. The result: their longevity mainly depends on usage.
Intense use: outdoors day and night for 5 to 6 months, without maintenance. It will hold up but wear out faster.
Careful use: brought indoors in rainy weather, washed in the machine at 40 °C, stored dry in winter: your hammock chair will last many years without deforming.

Our fabric (360 g/m²) is woven with 70% recycled cotton and 30% polyester. The result: a strong, pleasant-to-the-touch fabric that keeps its shape, even after washing. This approach earned us a Sustainable Development Trophy. With its 160 cm depth, you are comfortably seated, even cross-legged. The fabric is machine washable, like household linen. Simple and practical.
