Hammock made in Brazil with organic and biological cotton thread. A simple hammock, but a big gesture for the planet. This hammock is part of a project to revive cotton field cultivation by an agricultural community near the hammock factory in the Sertao region of Brazil. 	An excellent hammered anthracite gray hammock stand that has proven itself over many years. Strength, stability, and comfort due to its dimensions and height/length ratio. The tubes are secured with double bolting, providing flexibility without any creaking. An internal reinforcement inside the tubes allows for strong screwing. 	The "crescent moon" cushion is an ideal shape for use in a hammock. An ecru cushion stands out on all colored fabrics and recalls the color of the ropes on the hammock arms. It is very elegant. 	Twisted polypropylene rope, specially designed for marine use. It consists of two 3-meter segments, each with a diameter of 8 mm and a strength of up to 950 kg. Organic and Ethical Hammock – Brazilian Organic Cotton

Made in the state of Ceará, where sleeping in a hammock is a tradition, this premium model combines durability and exceptional comfort, with a lifespan of 5 to 15 years depending on care.

An organic hammock

A project initiated in 2019 by our hammock manufacturing partner in Brazil in the state of Ceará, the fields where this cotton is grown are located just near the factory. The spool of thread does not travel around the world before reaching you! This project has allowed the reopening of an entire chain of trades. From the grower to the spinning mill.

Our cotton is grown with natural compost, without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, with reduced water consumption. Currently, the available colors are white, sand, chocolate, and green, with new shades (red, light pink, blue) planned soon for even finer and stronger fibers. Ultra-resistant suspension cords – up to 384 kg

This hammock is equipped with 24 cords, each supporting 16 kg, for a total resistance of 384 kg. For added safety, the maximum indicated load is deliberately underestimated. With a "Tropical hamac" hammock, be sure it can accommodate your entire family with complete peace of mind.

Easy care

We recommend washing this hammock in the machine at 40°, or even 60° if necessary. In Brazil, it is washed every 2 weeks when used as a daily bed! Unlike most hammocks that are washed cold, the quality of the thread chosen by Tropical Influences allows for simple and lasting care.
